A cluster partition started at 2026-06-05 22:22:47 UTC and immediately led to mirrored queue role conflicts. With classic mirrored queue policy configured as exactly 2 replicas and manual sync, queue state diverged during failover/rejoin. This produced duplicate master conditions and later queue metadata/process mismatches (error,not_found), which surfaced as ghost queue behavior and repeated queue.declare timeouts.
